We started as OM Manuals, building handover packs the hard way: forty browser tabs, a ring binder and a PDF that was out of date the day it was sent.

Handover Works is what we wished we'd had. It reads the job's paperwork, finds every manufacturer's manual, shows you where each fact came from and waits for your approval. Then it puts the manual where people actually look: on the kit, in the welcome pack, in the resident's inbox.

We think every building deserves a manual that anyone can open in one scan, for as long as the building stands.
