Questions
What counts as publishing?
Publishing makes a manual live: its QR labels and links start working. Building and previewing is always free.
Do clients or residents need an app or an account?
No. Any phone camera opens the manual in the browser. Links work in any email, PDF or resident app.
What if something changes after handover?
Update the manual and publish a new version. The QR and links stay the same, so every label, welcome pack and email points to the latest version.
Can property managers share manuals with residents?
Yes. Every flat or area can have its own link and QR, ready for welcome packs and move-in emails.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20% on your invoice.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time in the billing page. If you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. When your paid period, or a period of free publishing we have granted you, ends, a 12-month hosting period starts. During it, the manuals you have published stay online, read-only, and their links and QR codes keep working.
